How It Works
The Gentle Journey
Our team uses specialized, discrete transport cradles. Your pet is never treated as "cargo"—they are tucked in and handled with the same care as they received throughout their lives.
THe Arrangements
Meet with a Pet Funeral Director—in person at Ikaroa Falls, via a comfortable video call, or over the phone. We will walk you through the aquamation process, discuss memorial options, and help you select the perfect urn or keepsake. This is your time to share your pet's story and ensure every detail of their goodbye is honored.
The Return
Once the memorialization and aquamation are complete, we can hand-deliver your pet, in your chosen urn or keepsake, back to your vet’s office, your home, or you can pick them up at our location in National City.
