Create a Secure Account or Log In

To begin the intake process, please sign in or create a client account. This ensures your pet’s information is securely linked to your profile and allows you to access your service documents at any time. Already logged in? You can skip to Step 2.

Await Contact from Our Care Team

Once your form is submitted, our team is notified immediately. A member of the Ikaroa Falls staff will reach out to you via your preferred contact method to confirm the details and finalize the arrangements for bringing your pet into our care.

  • If you requested After-Hours support, you must call (619) 678-4859 to notify our answering service and alert the on-call team member to an urgent care need. You can expect a response shortly.

  • If you choose to wait until Business Hours, we will contact you as soon as our office opens.

Meeting Your Pet Funeral Professional

Once your pet is safely in our care, a dedicated Pet Funeral Director will work with you to honor their memory. While we can discuss options over the phone, we recommend an appointment at our facility. This provides a quiet, dedicated space to:

  • Finalize Memorial Selections: Choose your preferred Aquamation service (Communal, Individual, or TruePrivate) and view our selection of urns and keepsakes.

  • Complete Authorization: Review and sign the Aquamation Authorization (which is required before we can perform this final and irreversible process.

  • Finalize Arrangements: Process the final payment for the specific services and memorial products you’ve selected.
